1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Sovereign Slots (“App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

3. Definitions
– “Virtual Currency”: in-app coins, credits, or tokens that have no monetary value.
– “User Content”: data, comments, or materials submitted by users.

4. License Grant
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for entertainment only. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the App.

5. Virtual Currency & Purchases
– Virtual Currency is for gameplay only, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
– All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
– All sales are final, subject to consumer law in your jurisdiction.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are not available for Virtual Currency. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination.

7. User Accounts
You must keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

8. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
– Exploit bugs, use cheats, or unauthorized software.
– Harass or abuse others.
– Post illegal or offensive content.
– Misrepresent identity.

9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the App.

10. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and trademarks belong to Risexrebel Ltd. You may not use them without written permission.

11. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Risexrebel Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is capped at the amount paid in the 12 months prior to a claim.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
– Governing Law: England and Wales.
– Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
– No jury trials or class actions are permitted.

14. Compliance with Laws
You must comply with local laws, including age and gambling restrictions. Sovereign Slots is for entertainment only and does not provide real-money gambling.

15. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability
If a provision is found invalid, the remainder of the Terms remain enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement
